7×7 Monoprint
A monoprint is a hand pulled print that is on of a kind and is hand embellished. This was a from the “paint out with the Bolt’s” at the Grangehall Studio. I have always loved funky faces and admired Picasso. Believe me, these are a far cry from his style but he inspired me to try my hand at working with color and the plains of the face. Sue, Lori and I were listening to fun music as we painted and they were teaching me to use their press. With the spirit of friendship and artists working together on a sunny snowy day, “I felt like dancing”!
